2009 Top Ten

Last post about my year 2009 was in Chinese, so I'm making this post English... (ur... mainly English...lol )


In brief, last New Years Eve I was in Champs-Elysees, now I'm in Shanghai...
It's been a cool year with a lot of accomplishments. Traveled from Paris to Germany, to home sweet home Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Then now I got this traineeship here in China.
It was wonderful in France, I enjoyed the people, the museums, theatres (esp. Theatre de la ville, mon prefere!!!), any random street in Montmartre and Saint-Gernain des pres....
Half a year back to school in nsysu, was kind of tough for me, managed to finish my dissertation, then graduuuaated ^___^
Matched to my current job through AIESEC ITEP, right before I graduated, so I didn't really have time to idle around before really start working. Arrived Shanghai, everything fell into place so far. However this is not the best city... I've ever been to... didn't like it so much and hopefully next year will be better. (I have to work hard for that! some more goals ^^b)

My friend Crystal came all the way from Taiwan and we went together.




Best Spectacle.

Pina Bausch - Sweet Mambo
1/23 Theatre de la Ville, Paris


I'm fortunate enough to see Pina Bausch at the curtain call. Few months after she passed away.
Dancers are wearing bright colored dresses, fluttering elegantly on stage.
That's a night I will definitely remember!

Best Book.

Blink 決斷兩秒間

This year the books I read were mostly related to my dissertation.

But I enjoyed this one, at least this is one I can recall until now.

Best Bargain.

Well.. my coat I got in Soldes in Paris.

Still wearing it now and it kept me warm from Paris to Shanghai :)

Glad I brought it because I never thought I would need them again...

we don't wear these coats in Taiwan haha.

Cosmos Love MUSMUS @ Madelein Plaza, 2/11 2008

It's a party for ERASMUS students by Association Cosmopol.

That was the biggest party I went before I left Paris and ISC.
